General Terms

• Services

You may use the this platform to avail the services offered by the Sprise (“Services”), which may include without limitation:.

E-Consultation. You may use this platform to avail online consultancy services made available bySprise, And you may place request for Diagnostic test kits on theSprise Platform. These Diagnostic test kits are provided either by Sprise through diagnostics labs operated and maintained by Sprise or third-party diagnostic labs engaged by Sprise for the purpose of Diagnostic Services.

Your use of any of the Services specified above shall be subject to such Service specific terms as further prescribed under these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that Sprise retains the right to constantly update and improve its Services, including adding or removing functions, features, requirements, suspension or stopping a Service all together.

• Professional Standards

Sprise services are rendered either from its own licensed premises or from the licensed premises of its associates / network pharmacies which are undertaken under strict supervision of the qualified and registered persons. All distributors are bound by codes of professional ethics and conduct.

• Privacy

Your privacy and that of any other person whose information you provide to us is important to us. Please see our privacy policy available at our website (“Privacy Policy”) for details of what information we collect and how we will use and protect it.

• Eligibility to use

You must be 18 years of age or older to visit or use the Sprise Platform in any manner. By visiting the Sprise Platform or accepting these Terms and Conditions, You represent and warrant to Sprise that You are 18 years of age or older, and that You have the right, authority and capacity to use the Sprise Platform and agree to and abide by these Terms and Conditions.

• Monitoring

We may monitor activity and content on the Sprise Platform and may take any action we consider appropriate if we suspect you may be in breach of these Terms and Conditions including suspending, attaching conditions to or terminating your access and/or notifying the authorities or relevant regulators of your activities.

• Security

We employ security technology as detailed in our Privacy Policy. However, Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure and there is a risk. Therefore, any message or information you send to us from the Sprise Platform may be intercepted and potentially read by others. We will have no liability in respect of any transmissions you send to us and you do so entirely at your own risk.

• Accuracy of Information

We take care to ensure that all information available on theSprise Platform about our business, services and any products mentioned is accurate. However, these are continually developing and, occasionally, the information may be out of date. Medical, commercial and legal practice change frequently and the content on the Sprise Platform, in any form including any newsletters in other items offering guidance have been prepared for general interest only and are not a substitute for specific medical, legal or other professional advice and should not be read or used as such. For accurate up-to-date information you should contact us directly.

Force Majeure

Sprise shall not be liable and to the extent, that the performance or delay in performance of any of its obligations are prevented, restricted, delayed or interfered with due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of such Party, including but not limited to change in legislation, fire, flood, explosion, epidemic, accident, act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, traffic or other concerted act of workmen and/or act of Government. Sprise may at its sole discretion withdraw the services or Products if a Force Majeure event occurs.

Service Specific Terms

• Eligibility

We accept orders from and dispatch orders to all locations in India. We only accept orders from customers who are above 18 (eighteen) years old.

• Products

You may purchase various Products made available by us on the Sprise Platform. The Products available on the Sprise Platform may include Products manufactured by third parties and made available for purchase on the Sprise Platform and the Products manufacture and sold by Sprise. All Products available on the Sprise Platform are subject to availability of stock and Sprise may cancel any order if the Product becomes unavailable after an order placed.

All images of the Products displayed on Sprise Platform are for graphic and illustrative purposes, the actual Products delivered may vary from the images displayed on the Platform.

• Order Confirmation

No order placed by you will be binding on us until we have confirmed the order to you by phone, email or in writing. We reserve the right to reject any order. In the event any Product ordered by you is not available, we will try and contact you on the contact information provided by you in your Account.

• Delivery of Products

All Products will be delivered at the address provided by you in your Account or any other alternate address as specified by you at the time of placing the Order. The delivery may be made by the personnel appointed by Sprise or by any third party service provider engaged by Sprise for such purpose. Sprise shares your personal information with the delivery executive on a ‘need to know’ basis as may be relevant for completing the delivery of the Product.

Any timelines for delivery specified by Sprise is a genuine pre-estimate of time required by Sprise for completing the delivery of the Product. You acknowledge and agree that actual delivery may be delayedand take longer than the delivery timeline. However, Sprisewill keep you informed of your order status as may be appropriate from time to time.

You acknowledge and accept that all Products delivered shall be verified by you for accuracy and apparent damage at the time of delivery. You (or your authorized representative) will be required to sign a delivery confirmation on receipt of the Order. You may reject the receipt of Products in the event the Products delivered are not in accordance with the order placed by you or are damaged at the time of delivery.
In the event that the packaging of Products is opened after delivery, we will have no liability to you for lost or damaged items.

• Returns

You may place a request for return of Product as per the Returns Policy.

Return Policy

We strive to ensure your orders are delivered to your satisfaction. However, in the rare event that your order is unsatisfactory, we are happy to accept returns for orders, if:

  • you've received an item(s) that does not match your order
  • the item(s) were damaged in transit or shortage (delivery of such order to be refused at doorstep)
  • the item(s) is due to expire within 3 months where the shelf life of the item is more than 3 months

Note: If you notice the package is damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order. If you could not check that the order is damaged at the time of delivery, raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery by calling us at…………….. Replacement for the damaged item (s) is subject to availability in stock. In absence of a replacement, a refund will be issued.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Items being returned should only be in their original manufacturer's packaging i.e. with labels, bar-code.
  • Only fully unused strips/bottles can be returned
  • Batch number of the product being returned should match as mentioned on the sales invoice
  • Original sales invoice has to be returned for processing returns and refunds.

We do not accept returns in following scenarios:

  • Partially used strips, opened bottles cannot be returned.
  • Products which require specific storage conditions (temperature controlled) cannot be returned
  • Products which have expired post purchase.
  • Second time request against the same product/order.

Cancel Items or Orders

You can cancel items or orders by visiting the Your Orders section in Your Account.

To cancel items that aren't dispatched yet:

  • 1. Go to Your Orders
  • 2. Select the item you want to cancel and click Cancel items

 

Note: Your order will be canceled instantly and a refund will be processed to your original payment method if the payment was already made.

If your order has already been dispatched: Select the Request cancellation option and the item(s) will be returned to us for a refund (if the payment is already made). In case you're still contacted for delivery, please refuse to accept it.

If your order is shipped directly by the Seller and not by Sprise: Please contact the seller to request cancellation.

If your order is already delivered: You may consider returning it.

If you agree that your use of the Spriseplatform shall be at your own risk.Sprisedoes not provide any warranties against errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of data, content, information, materials, substance of the Sprise platform, any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal informationand/or financial information stored therein, any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the platform, any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party or user, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any data, content, information, materials, substance of the Sprise platform or content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Sprise. Sprise does not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the medlife platform or featured in any advertisement. Detailed professional advice should be obtained before taking or refraining from any action based on any of the information or material contained on the Spriseplatform or any communications provided to you as a result of your registration.
